Our offices are furnished and ready to go, or you can bring your own furniture. We can help organize your shift and arrange any new purchases. Lease furniture plans are also available.
The reception is fully staffed from 8.30am to 5.00pm business days. We greet your guests with a smile and a cuppa. For our serviced office clients, your company name can be on a directory board at our Lambton Quay entrance.
We'll organise stationery, couriers, filing, photocopying and binding documents. And we can keep your clients engaged if you're late.
We answer the phone in your company name and take messages for you. We have high speed broadband and wifi (and even a fax!!!). Postal box facilities are available and we'll book courier services when you need them.
Sunny boardroom and meeting room are available on a pre-booked basis. You'll have access to a photocopier, electronic whiteboard and projector.
Tea, coffee and mini bar are available. A friendly chat at reception or over a coffee when a break is required. Join in the shared Friday night social occasions to start your weekend.
Forget additional overheads. General maintenance, power, air conditioning, security, rates, secure waste disposal and cleaning costs are all included in your rental.
If all you need is a virtual office, you can get one with a Wellington CBD address and PO Box. We'll clear your mail and answer your phones in your company name. Calls can be transferred and add-on services of meeting customers are available.
If all you need is a desk, you can get one in the middle of the Wellington CBD from $120 per week, Ultra Fast BroadBand and Coffee or Tea facilities supplied.
We have a range of options and prices to suit your requirements and budget. These start from just $40 per week for Virtual Offices and $275 per week for fully Serviced Offices.
